Piano Tuning
To keep your piano sounding its best, it’s important to tune it at least twice a year.
If left untuned for too long, the pitch can drift too far, not only damaging your hearing standard, but may even cause lasting damage to the soundboard and internal parts.
Regular tuning helps maintain a rich, stable tone and extends the life of your piano.

JOB INCLUDES 工作内容：
- Perform piano tuning to standard pitch (A440 c.p.s)
- Inspect and assess all moving parts for proper functionality
- Conduct minor regulation adjustments to ensure perfect touch
- Make sure the surrounding environment and piano heater are conducive to piano care
- Identify and prevent potential or hidden issues that may cause damage to the piano
Mechanism Regulation
Over time, the wood and felt components inside the piano will shift due to wear and environmental changes, subtly affecting performance.
While these changes are gradual, misalignment can significantly impact playability.
To do a mechanism regulation every two years will keep your piano in top condition for a smooth playing experience.

Tone Voicing
Every piano has its own unique sound—some may be bright and powerful, while others are mellow and expressive.
Some pianos have a full, singing tone, whereas others may sound thin.
Our technicians can enhance, refine, or restore your piano’s original tone to match your preferences.
This process is called voicing.
音色整理

- Filing the hammer head to restore shape and improve sound clarity
- Adjust the hammer striking position for accurate contact with strings and better tonal response
- Soften hammer felt to achieve a gentler, more mellow tone
- Enhance hammer firmness to deliver a brighter and more dynamic sound
- Balancing the tone across all keys so the entire piano sounds even and consistent
Piano General Service
Much like the neglected corners of a home that gather dust over time, the key bed and pedal box of a piano accumulate dirt as well.
Annual general servicing is essential to keep these areas clean, ensuring the piano’s longevity and optimal performance.

如同家中久未打扫的角落会积灰尘虫一样，钢琴内部若长期不清理也会积聚灰尘，甚至可能引发虫蛀或金属部件氧化。
我们建议每年对钢琴内部进行一次专业清洁保养，以有效延长其使用寿命。
JOB INCLUDES 工作内容：
- Vacuum dust from the key bed (beneath the piano keys) and inside the pedal box
- Inspect and remove any insects or pests that may affect internal components
- Apply anti-rust treatment on certain metal parts
- Check and adjust pedal alignment and functionality as needed
- Provide maintenance advice and care recommendations to the customer, if required
