After three years of focused violin learning, students perform with confidence and a rich, expressive tone. They play fluently in multiple positions, read music with ease, and perform pieces from classical to contemporary styles — expressing emotion and artistry through every note.

Year 1 – Basic Setup & Tone Foundation

- Learn correct posture and bow hold
- Produce clear tone with basic bowing
- Learn simple finger patterns (intonation)
- Play simple melodies and basic reading

- 拉出干净音色与基础弓法

Year 2 – Technique & Musical Development
技巧与音乐发展年
- Improve intonation through scales & exercises
- Learn bowing styles: slur, staccato, string-crossing
- Shape tone and musical phrasing
- Play duets/ensemble pieces for coordination

- 学习多种弓法：连弓、断弓、换弦
- 提升音色控制与乐句表达
- 参与重奏与合奏训练协调能力
Year 3 – Performance & Artistic Expression
表演与艺术表现年
- Learn more refined bowing skills and develop basic vibrato
- Play pieces with greater musical expression
- Understand harmony through melodic lines
- Perform confidently in concerts/recitals

Students may take both the RSL Violin Grade 2 Practical Exam and the CMS Grade 2 Theory Exam after completing the 3-year learning programme.
学生完成三年课程后，可同时报考 RSL 小提琴二级实考与 CMS 二级理论考试。
